Fit & flow merges the mind, body and soul for a complete 360 degree fitness workout. 

Using the philosophy of yin & yang, understanding that the body needs to be compressed (yang) by muscle building and expanded (yin) by stretching and creating space in the body.

Leanne Shear is a certified personal trainer who believes in a life coaching approach to fitness and nutrition.  Jill Snowden is a certified yoga teacher who encourages the combination breathe, flow and personal expression.

WHAT:  1 1/2 hour sessions.  45 Minutes of cardio and strength training with Leanne followed by 45 minutes of yoga and restorative with Jill.

WHO: All levels are welcome, from the beginner to the experienced, from the least flexible runners to the most Zen of yogis.
